Outside Catering
Fernies specialises in providing local businesses working lunches delivered direct to the premises for free.
We can cater for any number and can provide hot food.
All our food is freshly prepared on the day and we cook and prepare the food ourselves.
Although we offer a set menu, we can cater for any specific requirements or provide food directly from our new in house menu. We can also provide working breakfasts and offer afternoon refreshments for those smaller meetings.
You can be confident in the highest of standards as FERNIES has been awarded the ultimate 5 star award for safer food better business from Lincoln City Council.

6 triangles of mixed sandwiches in white and brown bread
Half a packet of crisps

{If it is an ongoing course for a week with the same people we will alternate sandwiches for wraps}

A platter of finger snacks which consists of either:
2 mini sausage rolls each
2 cheesy whirls each
A mini scotch egg cut into 2 each
Or a mixture of the two or 2 small cakes

Directors Working Lunch £9.95 plus vat per head.
v We offer a more elegant selection of Sandwiches and wraps with various fillings with tortilla chips or crisps.
v Smoked Salmon platter (selection of breads, with soft cheese, sliced salmon and cracked black pepper), served with lemon wedges.
v Luxury canapè and savoury selection.
v Luxury cake platter, with a selection of our finest cakes.
v Fruit platter with tropical and seasonal fruit, which includes pineapple, melon, strawberries and grapes.
v Traditional and continental cheese board, with relish, grapes, and crackers or a breadbasket with a selection of breads.
Hot Lunches £7.95 per person,
We offer hot lunches such as fish and chips, homemade pies, pasta dishes, gammon, chicken dishes served with hot potatoes or special rice, salad and bread. Cakes or Fruit served in addition. We can offer a variety of hot meals so please speak to us about your requirements
Drinks: We can offer any canned or bottle drinks and Bottles of wine.
Crockery: We offer a hire service for plates, cups and saucers, knifes and folks, glasses etc, please ask for details.
Staff: For larger events our staff are available to serve and clear away at an extra cost, please ask for details.
